- benchmarking = the process of comparingis the cost, time or quality of what one organization does against what another organization does. The result is often a business case for making changes in order to make improvements.
- priority = to be treated as more important than someone or something else.
- allumni = formal student of a school, college or university
- eligible = legally allowed to do or recieve something
- sufficient = enough for a particular need or purpose
- sustaintially = to continue something over a long period
- correlation = a relationship in which two things happen together and may have and effect of each other
- hardship = a difficult situation, such as lack of money or food, which causes great suffering
- draw up = to form and write a plan or and agreement
- draw on = to use something : writter have to draw on their imagination and experience
